Birth information

There have been two sets of birth information added to this article: one that she was born 1909-08-30 in Peoria, Illinois, USA, and one that she was born 1915-09-06 in Melbourne, Australia. Neither have cited any sources. Gwen Gaze at IMDb gives only the year 1915 in Melbourne. Could someone point to some reliable sources for her real birthdate and birthplace, and/or whether she grew up in Australia or in Illinois? --Closeapple (talk) 21:16, 1 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
