Creating new as separate article is needed
[edit]This is a currently under investigation by Supreme Court of India, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Vigilance dept, with several people/entities being questioned including Bhupinder Singh Hooda and Rajiv Gandhi Charitable Trust and others, it can not be primarily merged with any of those due to several reason. Merging will distort WP:BALANCE of those articles while losing the key details. Besides there are several entities, both investigating agencies and people being investigated, it is not commonsensical to merge with one entity. As the case progresses, it might go to Supreme Court and may spawn off multiple cases and counter-cases, chargesheets, additional investigations by the current or more agencies, and so on.
Politically motivated supporters might try to have it deleted due to WP:COI WP:Systemic bias. Both, political supporters and opponents with WP:NPOV, might try to vandalise this article either by diluting or embellishing the facts.
Future editors: To keep the articles in adherence with WP:BLP, please add only the court related details such as court verdicts, submissions in the court. Refrain from adding content that is usually outside the court or investigating agencies, such as the opinion/noise of supporters and opponents, even if those are reported in the reputed newspapers.
Keep this as a separate article and please add it to your watch list to protect it from the biased editing and vandalism.
