The article is wrong about the "bridge collapse". The temporary concrete formwork set up to build the bridge is what collapsed.

“Measures will be put in place to strengthen the monitoring and verification of the design and construction of falsework, such as falsework for bridge construction,” Mr Stanhope said.

Feel free to add it in, most of the article is unreferenced and needs to be rewritten. Im currently in the process of creating separate Gungahlin Drive and Caswell Drive pages aswell, after which this article will just deal with the construction of the GDE itself.
