The neighborhood is divided into two zones; one is the old Gulabi Bagh (government owned flats), while the other zone is the new Gulabi Bagh (DDA flats). There are three kinds of DDA flats: S.F.S.; MIG; and LIG. Widely opened are inside Govt. flats, known as a peaceful place to live.
