Hi :) We will begin the review ASAP. Rcej (Robert) - talk 05:25, 28 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A question for now; when you cite a reference(s) only at the last sentence of a paragraph, are you covering the entire paragraph by that source? Perfectly fine... just wondering if that's your way of doing things. ;) Rcej (Robert) - talk 09:20, 28 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Often, yes. I understand this can be confusing, since sometimes it's probably just the last sentence. But this is Wiki, not academic writing, where basically everything, every sentence and factoid needs to be sourced, so for me the default is that a note covers everything (unless it's common knowledge) from the previous note. Thanks, Drmies (talk) 16:29, 1 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Nice work overall :) Three things to deal with, then I'll pass the article:

  • In the Plot section; sentence "The story begins at the court of Emperor Conrad, who for all of his good qualities (for instance, he recites nine poems throughout the narrative) has one defect: he refuses to get married, especially since, as he says, people no longer are as valiant and as noble as they used to be."
  • Please clarify how Emperor Conrad's "good qualities", within the story, are associated with his "recital" of "nine poems throughout the narrative". You may just want to axe that part in parenthesis :)

Thanks. Re: Conrad--as you know, appreciating love is a good quality in this literature, but I'm taking the easy way out. ;) Re: unwillingness, I'll have to look for that on the bookshelf. Re: Todd, yes, that's a valid remark, and there is little secondary literature here, but I'll look and tweak. Thanks again! Drmies (talk) 20:07, 4 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I think I've tackled the problems you mentioned, and have added a few things. Thanks, Drmies (talk) 22:01, 11 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article is there, and issues addressed! Pass :) Rcej (Robert) - talk 09:11, 12 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
