[edit]It does matter, as youjust put a link to the Bracero Program in See Also —Preceding unsigned comment added by Synthe (talk • contribs)
- Isn't Bracero Program the same thing as this article? Wickethewok 05:31, 21 May 2006 (UTC)

My problem with this is that it talks about "the" program... when "guest worker program" has been something brought up by many people many times. If we are going to call this new round "the guest worker program" then we need to cite that as an official name or something. gren グレン 20:00, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
_______________ Sounds like you're slanting the article when you say, "The Guest worker program is a great program that has been..."—diminishing the article's credibility.

[edit]Apart from the last section, which is brief and relatively uninformative, almost all this article is about the guest worker program in the USA -- with a specific focus on guest workers from Mexico. Suggested solution: create a new article that is about US guest worker programs past and present. Cut and paste all the US specific part of the article to the new article. By leaving the stub shorn of the entire US/Mexico guest worker program specific information, this will encourage thereby contributions on guest worker programs in other countries.220.240.249.253 (talk) 04:34, 2 March 2017 (UTC)
