dba BestBank, same as BestBank of Boulder 1998 failure?

Hi, I was watching the CNBC American Greed Se3Ep12 episode about Greater Ministries Intl, and the tv show mentioned the collapse of BestBank of Boulder in 1998 (news article here or archived here). The Wiki article for Guaranty Bank (Wisconsin) mentioned sometimes being / dba BestBank! Is it the same bank that failed in July 1998? Was it re-opened and/or its assets sold and the corporation was permitted to keep using the same old US business name? Very suspect. Vid2vid (talk) 01:37, 3 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
