I haven't worked on this article since 2007, when the wikipedia's standards were a less stringent. Since then a number of other people have made edits, but I think this diff shows I was the sole author of the intellectual content of this article. As the sole author I think I would be authorized to userify this article, or to redirect it to another article in article space, without consulting anyone else.

It might be possible to bring this article up to the wikipedia's current standards -- with a lot of work, requiring more time than I have available for the foreseeable future.
