Source: "However, gruemirs ("good women") among the northern Albanians were mentioned as early as 1416-1417 [..] as a tribe [..]. It is very probable that some brotherhood of katun in the Middle Ages was named after a woman leader, especially since the label of "good" clearly indicates the involvement of a respected and distinguished woman."

Defter?

Defter of Scutari? It seems to mean something like "census" or "tax roll" in Turkish, but I don't actually have the knowledge to be sure. IAmNitpicking (talk) 20:34, 13 May 2020 (UTC)
