[edit]I would be interested to know any position taken by Groundwork UK regarding the natural landscape. In other words, how does this body see the possibility for the return of some acres to the complete control of natural forces and processes? Is it part of your total strategy?Rstafursky (talk) 17:09, 4 March 2010 (UTC)
Some proposed changes

Firstly full disclosure, I work for Groundwork UK, so I don't want to edit this directly or change how this article reads. There are just a few things that are factually inaccurate that someone might want to look at if they get a chance.
1. Groundwork UK is legally called THE FEDERATION OF GROUNDWORK TRUSTS but, confusingly, we operate as Groundwork UK - http://apps.charitycommission.gov.uk/Showcharity/RegisterOfCharities/CharityWithPartB.aspx?RegisteredCharityNumber=291558&SubsidiaryNumber=0
2. Groundwork is a federal organisation and Groundwork UK specifically refers only to the national office
3. Collectively the national office and all the Trusts are just 'Groundwork' not Groundwork UK
4. This bit "The organisation has been known as Groundwork UK since then, within a federation of individual Groundwork Trusts, and led by the Groundwork Foundation." isn't quite right. There is no such thing as the Groundwork Foundation (there was a long time ago but we're now Groundwork UK). We also don't lead anyone, we just support the independent Groundwork Trusts in the federation. Something like "The organisation has been known as Groundwork since then, with a federation of individual Groundwork Trusts, and supported by the Groundwork UK."
5. The list of Trusts is very out of date too. To be honest I have trouble keeping up with all the changes so I might just be worth removing this section as it'd be difficult to keep up to date. Might just be better to say something like 'Groundwork delivers work locally through a number of independent Groundwork Trusts' and possible just link the list of Trusts on the Groundwork UK site. https://www.groundwork.org.uk/Page/map
Anyway, hope this helps.

- Hi there. A legal name (not used anywhere else) does not necessarily have to be included, and I believe that calling the company Groundwork UK helps to maintain clarity. I have removed the "led by groundwork foundation" part. No specific trusts are proposed to be added, and content should be verifiable (cannot rely on just 1 source), and, in a perfect world, should be kept updated, so the last part of the suggestion is declined.
