Grotte is not only French word for Grotto, but also Italian town Grotte, Sicily MrKeefeJohn (talk) 08:47, 25 February 2020 (UTC)
- Oppose. Grotte, Sicily should be moved to Grotte, as the only article with this title. The French term for grotto is not at all notable on English Wikipedia. -- Necrothesp (talk) 14:00, 26 February 2020 (UTC)
- Oppose but for a different reason. I think the disambiguation page is unnecessary per WP:TWODABS and should be deleted. Grotte should redirect to Grotto as a WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT with a hatnote to the town.ZXCVBNM (TALK) 05:24, 27 February 2020 (UTC)
- Why? It's not a commonly seen word in English-language sources. How on earth is it a primary redirect on English Wikipedia? -- Necrothesp (talk) 14:55, 27 February 2020 (UTC)
- Oppose. This disambiguation page is currently WP:MALPLACED because Grotte redirects to Grotte (disambiguation). The best way to fix this is, as Necrothesp is suggesting, is to move Grotte, Sicily to Grotte. (Incidentally,@MrKeefeJohn: using piping in the nomination statement is confusing). Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 09:45, 29 February 2020 (UTC)
- actually I don't mind where will be placed Grotte, but very strong Oppose lo leave the redirect to Grotto when there's Grotte, Sicily. I added the following links Grotte di Castro, Robert Grotte and Nicolas de La Grotte. MrKeefeJohn (talk) 13:14, 29 February 2020 (UTC)
