Gömöri methenamine silver stain → Grocott's methenamine silver stain — i stumbled on this page and noticed that the details provided were for the grocotts methenamine silver not the gomori. the gomori is used in staining renal basement membranes not fungus. i work in histology and use these methods on an almost daily basis, i have updated this page to reflect the grocotts stain and request it be renamed. cheers p.s this is my first edit.--Alecisgreat (talk) 21:56, 9 February 2011 (UTC)
