Soviet propaganda
[edit]There is a danger that facts will be distorted by Soviet propaganda. For instance the statement that he "handed out guns from the armoury when he saw 30 sailors were going to be executed" is incorrect. No execution was going to occur. The second-in-command threatened executions, but there is no evidence that this was anything more than a bluff.101.98.175.68 (talk) 04:13, 2 March 2014 (UTC)
Bias
[edit]While I personally find some support for these sailors this article is written as a propaganda piece depicting Vakulenchuk as a sinless angel; I am sure he, and his sailor friends were sainted by the Communist propaganda machine after the Bolsheviks won in 1917 however this violates the Neutral Point of View that wikipedia articles are supposed to hold to. As an aside "his powerful voice and long black mustache added to the effect of his words" appears to be taken straight from the pen of a Soviet Agitprop.LikkerdySplit (talk) 11:05, 6 May 2017 (UTC)
