History to improve the Article
[edit]We are staying the night here in Greybull and there is a commemorative metal sculpture of a Gray Bull buffalo that would be fitting as one of the photos to improve the Article. We will try our hand at taking a photo in the morning before leaving. Greybull is the birthplace of my wife's Mother. The people here are friendly and witty. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Charles Edwin Shipp (talk • contribs) 03:26, 21 July 2010 (UTC)
- My wife suggests that I misspelled 'grey' as 'gray' (which, in the US, is an acceptable alternative spelling.) I did not know that 'grey' meant 'gray' so I read all about it here in Wikipedia.
- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grey . . . Who knew? . . . I'll be adding the photo soon. Charles Edwin Shipp (talk) 14:41, 26 September 2010 (UTC)
History of the Gray Bull symbol
[edit]From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Flag_of_Wyoming.svg we read:
"... in the center of [the state flag] shall be a white silhouetted buffalo ..." —Preceding unsigned comment added by Charles Edwin Shipp (talk • contribs) 13:26, 21 July 2010 (UTC)
- The name of the city is the same as the name of the nearby river. Which was named first? Can someone look into it? Charles Edwin Shipp (talk) 13:30, 21 July 2010 (UTC)
