Where can I find his dissertation?

While I can find a lot of the written articles, posts and video discussion with the author online, I am unable to find the dissertation referenced in his bio on wikipedia: Ethnoarchaeology and land use ecology of the Efe (Pygmies) of the Ituri Rain Forest, Zaire: a behavioral ecological study of land use patterns and foraging behavior (1992)
