Bias

[edit]

Is this just an article about how the UCP is bad? Didn't expect to read that immediately on a page about the LRT. 182.153.45.85 (talk) 12:12, 12 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, the Opposition section especially gives a non-neutral account of groups that expressed concerns about the line. We should strive to "steel man" their arguments, rather than imply they are illegitimate. TastyCakes (talk) 16:11, 25 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Map

[edit]

The map looks great, but seems to be missing two planned stations: Centre Street and 7 Ave. TastyCakes (talk) 16:02, 25 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Article needs substantial updating and rewrite

[edit]

The decision to shorten the route earlier this spring in itself rendered almost the entire article obsolete. The announcement at the end of August that the province would no longer fund the project, which has resulted in its expected suspension if not cancellation (City council in Calgary is to discuss "winding down" the project as of the timestamp of this note), means this article needs a massive overhaul if not condensation and rolling into the main CTrain article if indeed it is fully cancelled or substantially delayed. 23skidoo (talk) 16:47, 10 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
