The “platinum in various countries” suggests that there are certifications in countries besides the US/UK/AUS. As for first week sales, I haven’t been able to find a citable number for it - which can be attributed to its non-notable chart position of #52. I've found a few Google search results for the album's first-week sales claiming its "54,483", presumably from someone who has access to SoundScan data, but none are reliable sources that I can add as citations.
