Strategy details out-of-date/inaccurate

[edit]

The reference to "Viridor Laing" is not valid as that was never a company. The contract (which has since been renewed) is with a consortium: "the consortium between Viridor Waste Management and John Laing Infrastructure (a division of John Laing plc)" [1]

The new GMWDA plan includes: "By the end of 2017/18 we want, with the help of our residents, to be able to recycle well over 50% and hence to divert a minimum of 85% of waste from landfill." [2]
