[edit]So they planted native Prairie Green Ash that should have lifespans of 300 years, 600 for the White Ash. Since preserving the best trees could keep these living connections alive for future generations, and since inexpensive insecticides w/99% success rates will only need to protect the trees for 8-12 years until EAB glutinously kills off it's only food source into Extinction!67.174.9.249 (talk) 02:20, 1 August 2013 (UTC)
