When I tried to follow the link to http://www.fws.gov/realty/pdf_files/2007%20Lands%20Report.pdf I get a 404. Or was some other year meant?

http://www.fws.gov/northeast/greatbay/aboutus.html says the area is "1058 acres". Even if the first figure is correct, I wonder if it really accurate to 0.01 acres.
