Picture of competitor's transmission?

[edit]

Why is there a picture of the "ZF 6 gear automatic gearbox"? According to some text in the article, ZF is actually a competitor of this company!

From the article history, it appears that the gearbox picture was once captioned as this company's product. Probably some juvenile asswipe is having a little fun with the encyclopedia that anyone can edit. But these changes are too complicated for me to unravel. Maybe someone else can jump in? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 73.157.241.154 (talk) 22:59, 24 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I went ahead and deleted it; I don't have time to unravel the changes either, but unless someone can definitively state that ZF was outsourcing certain gearsets (highly, highly, unlikely, based on what I know about ZF) or something to Graziano, the photo has no business being on this page.Jelliott4 (talk) 20:24, 2 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

"Power Transfer Unit"

[edit]

The text "Graziano Power Transfer Unit" was internally linked to a same-name article about a very different device (large transport aircraft hydraulics ) "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Power_Transfer_Unit". I am removing that linkage. — Preceding unsigned comment added by PRR (talkcontribs) 22:21, 12 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
