The part about Samuel Mayall is very accurate. My father is Samuel Mayall, and I am a descendant of the Samuel Mayall referred to in the article.
Our family moved to Minnesota, Colorado, California, and now reside in Portland, Oregon. My father still has Samuel's sword, portrait of Samuel Mayall from the 1790's. Will Mayall |
