We have separate pages on sedimentation, gravity separation and settling. The whole thing is frankly a mess. This page is practically orphaned with only reference to a page in finnish (!). I'm thinking about the right structure and what to include. All suggestions welcome. At least I want to refer to the appropriate chapter of Perry, the Chemical engineer's handbook. - Does gravity separation deserve a page of its own? I suppose it does - e.g. the process for sorting rubbish by bouncing objects off rubber mats. Is it really a subset of sedimentation? I think not. AlanParkerFrance (talk) 22:25, 9 January 2013 (UTC)
