Dispute accuracy of statement

[edit]

"One aspect of the company's success was its cultivation of customer loyalty. In the company's earliest years, Gravely would load several tractors into his car and sell them to farms as far away from West Virginia to Florida at $175 each. He would then drive back and pick up another load."

I find it hard to believe that Gravely was able to load "several [190lb] tractors" into his car at one time. Should this be "truck" or "trailer"? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kuzzer (talkcontribs) 05:51, 29 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Grillo, an Italian manufacturer of ag equipment, still builds general purpose walk-behind tractors, and implements for them - for instance. So do a few other companies. They might even be viewed as 'descendants' of the original Gravely. Might be useful to add links to these pages? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 47.136.165.129 (talk) 21:11, 15 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
