I think the term "Graphic communication" means a lot of things, starting with the ordinary meaning of "a type of communication with graphics"

The current article, see here, is still kind of based on the initial start of this article of 8 September 2007 by User:Daviewilson2007, who started with:

Graphic communication is an optional subject studied in Scotland. It's main purposes is to introduce students to making architectural drawings - both manual and electronically. In addition to teaching DTP and manual publishing.

This also explains all links to Scotland in the current article.

Now it is clear that this article started about a very specific meaning of graphical communication, while this term has a whole general meaning. And it a subject of study in almost every country and of numerous schools. I will:

1. rewrite this article starting with the general meaning,
2. removing all specific links to Scotland. An article about the initial meaning should be called something like [[Graphical communication (study in scotland)]. However a subject like this will fail notability, and will not last in Wikipedia.
3. I will move the whole article to Graphic communication, because of Wikipedia naming conventions
