[edit]What about the Nov. 30, 2004 crash of their HFB-320 Hansa Jet at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport, Saint Louis, MO, killing the company president, who was at the controls of the plane? See: http://aviation-safety.net/database/record.php?id=20041130-1. This is not listed under Accidents and Incidents. Not being an editor myself, I thought I'd mention it here and let someone who is determine whether it merits including. It wasn't necessarily the pilot's fault, just for the record. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 172.248.51.75 (talk) 23:37, 25 February 2015 (UTC)
Safety and FAA Oversight Section
[edit]The Safety and FAA oversight section was removed. This improved the article and was well sourced.
Reviewing the accidents and incidents section a pattern of unsafe behavior can be seen. The safety and oversight section explains some the factors that created an environment capable of causing that many accidents and incidents.

I am planning on adding the Safety and FAA oversight section back in. It is hard to understand what Jack in the box is saying, but I think he believes his deletion was not correct. JimBob2u (talk) 03:40, 22 April 2020 (UTC)
I think I see what might have happened. I made numerous small edits instead of using the preview feature and that led to confusion. I will use the preview feature in the future. Because there were so many small edits when the change was made it took out the whole section regrading safety and FAA oversight. That entire section is still missing from the article in spite of the latest revision. Because I believe the safety and oversight section was removed in error, I am going to add that section back in.
