Plot Summary plagiarized?
[edit]It seems this plot summary is taken directly from Booked Online or somewhere like it. It's sometimes hard to tell, since Wikipedia is all free content... But this does not seem like a user-generated plot summary. I'm planning on removing the summary unless anyone objects. It will be replaced shortly; I know a few people who will be working on this page in the coming weeks. Roseclearfield (talk) 01:25, 17 February 2011 (UTC)
- The thing you have to be careful of is that Wikepedia itself is copied all over. So just because you see the same text somewhere else does not necessarily mean it was copied *into* Wikipedia. It could just as easily have been copied *from* Wikipedia. Determining the difference is an eternal thorn in the side of people on the project patrolling for copyright violations and plagiarism. - TexasAndroid (talk) 15:03, 8 March 2011 (UTC)
Well, the plot right now it looks like a grade school book report. I haven't read the book (or is that confident in my writing abilities), so I won't fix it. But it is bugging me. I couldn't read through the paragraph. Sorry to whoever that wrote it, but it is not up to Wikipedia standards (or at least my impressions of Wikipedia). 99.238.14.248 (talk) 03:55, 19 October 2011 (UTC)
- Even worse if you ask me. I think I might delete it. Edits were by 50.68.3.199 after 97.118.175.71 deleted plot (and some character descriptions). I think it's vandalism, but I don't know if I should get someone else to report it instead... Not that I know how to. § WiHkibew (talk) § 03:44, 8 January 2013 (UTC)
