Gow sept and surname

This article should not be merged with that of Gow (surname) for the basic reason that not everyone with the Gow surname will be necessarily descended from the same Gow sept of the Clan MacPherson and Clan Chattan.QuintusPetillius (talk) 19:54, 13 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
