Initial comments

[edit]
  • "The film was officially launched in Hyderabad on 6 February 2014. Principal photography commenced from the same day" - this makes it sound like it was released in February, how about confirmed or announced?
Done. Pavanjandhyala (talk) 02:30, 13 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • "A large portion of the film was shot in Hyderabad, Rameswaram, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari, Pollachi and Karaikudi in India" - be careful of overlinking in the lead; I would recommend cutting down on a couple (less non-essential) locations
Almost 80% of the film is set in the rural areas and in such schedules i cant come to a conclusion which one to remove as we dont know where the film was shot for a longer period compared to others. Pavanjandhyala (talk) 02:30, 13 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
No worries Jaguar 12:11, 13 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • "Balaraju, the head of his village, lives with his wife Baby along with his two sons Chandrasekhar Rao and Bangari and two daughters" - syntax could be imrpoved, how about Balaraju, the head of his village, lives with his wife Baby, his two sons; Chandrasekhar Rao and Bangari, and his two daughters?
Done. Pavanjandhyala (talk) 02:30, 13 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • "On the way, he witnesses a cockfight between Bangari and Baachi" - this makes it sound like Bangari and Baachi doing the cockfighting! How about something like organised by Bangari and Baachi?
Done. Pavanjandhyala (talk) 02:30, 13 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • "Sources reported that talks were also held with G. V. Prakash Kumar" - was he initially going to be the film's composer?
No. He was considered as the other option if Yuvan says no. Pavanjandhyala (talk) 02:30, 13 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • "and approached Ram Charan because of his relationship with him since the Charan's childhood disregard of his and his father's stardom" - the Charan's childhood disregard? Doesn't make sense here?
Removed "the". Trimmed the line till Charan's childhood. Pavanjandhyala (talk) 02:30, 13 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • "Adarsh Balakrishna, cast as a flashy MP's son living in the same village" - what does MP stand for? Member of Parliament?
Yes. Linked it with Indian Parliament as Member of Parliament (India) redirects to it. Pavanjandhyala (talk) 02:30, 13 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Also, "MP" appears as "M.P." in the image caption "was seen as the son of a rich M. P. living in the village"
Fixed. Pavanjandhyala (talk) 02:30, 13 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • "A romantic song was shot on Charan and Kajal in early September 2014 at Jordan" - in Jordan
Fixed. Pavanjandhyala (talk) 02:30, 13 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • If you plan on FACing this, I would recommend expanding the Music section somewhat, but it's not required for this GAN

I love the sound of this film! Is there an English dub/subtitled? Anyway this is looking close to meeting the GA criteria, just a few minor points to address and then it should have no problem passing. Jaguar 17:22, 12 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

At YouTube with English subtitles. If you intend to watch the film, a small advice. Watch its trailer here, and if you like it, then you can enjoy the film. You may find the leads' love story glorifying stalking in the beginning, so for clarity, have a look at this after watching the film. Pavanjandhyala (talk) 02:30, 13 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! The trailer does look good so I think I'll watch that later today, it will give me something to do. Anyway thank you for addressing them so quickly, this article now meets the GA criteria. Please let me know if you have any more films that need reviewing soon Jaguar 12:11, 13 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@Jaguar: Thanks for reviewing the article, Jaguar! Let me know whether you liked the film as a whole or a part of it after watching it (the length may be a problem to you however). Pavanjandhyala (talk) 12:45, 13 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
