Article title

Regarding the title of this article. A Google search with "Saint Helena Act 1833" gives 2000+ results; "Government of India Act 1833" 9000+ results; and "Charter Act of 1833" 24000+ results. A search on JSTOR (all content) with "Saint Helena Act 1833" (also "Saint Helena Act of 1833") gives 0 result; "Government of India Act 1833" 6 results; and "Charter Act of 1833" 122 results.
