Jon Pierre seems to be an important guy in this field (governance/political science) and should have a page of his own. One of his books is Governance, Politics and the State, written with Guy Peters (also important in the field), Palgrave McMillan 2000. --Mats33 (talk) 17:06, 13 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
