Birthplace

I'm removing the disambiguation flag I put on this page a few days ago. I don't really know anything about this guy, but I went to his page at bach-cantatas.com and saw that they list his place of death as Karlsbad, and link it to Karlovy Vary. They say he died there while "taking the waters", so maybe they know something? If anybody has any well-documented information on this very minor composer, please add it to his page.
