Name
[edit]Should there be some mention of where GZM got their name ?

- I think so. Do you know? "Mynci" must almost certainly be "monkey", but I'm not sure about the rest (Zygotic=psychotic, perhaps?) The Jade Knight 20:19, 13 October 2006 (UTC)
- Zygotic means "of or pertaining to a zygote", a zygote being 1. The cell formed by the union of two gametes, especially a fertilized ovum before cleavage., 2. The organism that develops from a zygote. Mynci translates from Welsh as 'hames', meaning "Stable gear consisting of either of two curved supports that are attached to the collar of a draft horse and that hold the traces."--Michig 07:53, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
- According to this interview Gorky 'doesn't really' come from Maxim Gorky (haven't yet seen a non-youtube interview for this though), Zygotic 'does' come from Zygote, and Mynci is just monkey spelt in a Welsh-kinda way.--JimmyK 00:50, 22 December 2006 (UTC)

- Zygotic isn't Welsh for 'dimwit' (unless it's some weird Carmarthenshire slang), as the letter 'Z' does not appear in the Welsh alphabet, nor (I believe) does the 'tic' ending —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 86.136.107.238 (talk) 21:54, August 22, 2007 (UTC)
