I tagged it because the tables in the "Films" section (U.S. release date/Director/Screenwriter(s)/Story by/Producer(s)) and "Additional crew and production details" section (Composer/Cinematographer/Editor/Production companies/Distributing companies/Running time) are completely unsourced. WP:V applies to content in tables too. Also, the claim in the "Origins" section that the film series was inspired by a book by Rice Broocks is also not supported by the cited ref at the end of the paragraph. Rather than introduce multiple {{citation needed}} tags, I just tagged the overall article. As the IP pointed out on my talk page, the article does have a lot of, to the point of being excessive, citations in the MOS:FILMPLOT sections. But ultimately, the {{More citations needed}} tag is not about the literal number of sources cited in the article, but the amount of unsourced content in the article. Looking at the sources cited in the plot sections, some of them could be used to support the film and production details in the tables instead. If I have the time later, I might move those citations to the tables myself. Bennv123 (talk) 23:44, 19 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Bennv123: if you are stating that the sources need to be throughout the article more regularly, that can easily be fixed. I have not seen an article dealing with a film series, that has sources in its tables. The refs throughout the article source the details within those tables.
