Nilbog
[edit]Question: under subraces: Nilbog, the following line appears: "The name is "goblin" spelled backward[citation needed]." Why does this need a citation--can't anyone who questions the claim write the word "goblin" backwards and compare it to "nilbog"? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.1.228.238 (talk) 13:49, 7 July 2009 (UTC)
As I recall, Nilbog was included in TSR's Fiend Folio (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiend_Folio). I don't recall that version having the magical confusion ability mentioned on this page, but I do not have that reference to verify one way or the other. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.150.5.2 (talk) 14:07, 31 July 2014 (UTC)
- Nilbogs do have an ability that causes other characters to behave in ways opposite of what they would normally do. I don't have the book in front of me to verify exactly how that works. 129.33.19.254 (talk) 15:21, 31 July 2014 (UTC)
