Gnosology and gnosticism

I have added some information and their corresponding sources. I would like to note that in my research, I found very few sources that discuss gnosology. However, I believe that this subject could further be expanded if it is related to Gnosticism. I am unsure, however, how this can be done. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks. According to Merriam Webster Dictionary (https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/gnoseology), gnoseology and gnosiology are the same thing, not to be confused with gnosticism (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gnosticism). Support merging gnosology to gnosiology, the latter being the more common term (OED uses it). I wonder whether gnosology has been used more in Western esotericism, but the ideas are sufficiently linked that I think that they are best discussed in one place.
