I've redirected this: no content that couldn't be added very easily to public good. The Land 22:46, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
Access to Financial Services
Perhaps it is time to revisit this area, and more specifically to use the collaborative power of the internet and wikipedia?
I have been working on designing and constructing a Global Public Good (GPG) using the criteria outlined in the UNDP book, 'Providing Global Public Goods, Managing Globalization'.
The GPG I have been developing is that of 'Access to Financial Services'.
This GPG exists in a monetised environment. It facilitates control over, consolidation of, and exploiting opportunities to expand, personal resource bases.Garrettwyse (talk) 11:45, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
deserving own article?
Does this really deserve its own article? It seems like "global public good" is just public good with a qualifying adjective, like "agricultural public good", "intellectual public good" or "aesthetic public good". Is this distinct enough to warrant an article? It should be easy to stick o note on a couple of the refs here into the public good article. CRETOG8(t/c) 02:28, 23 October 2009 (UTC)
