Future: broad-concept article
[edit]In the future, this disambiguation may be worth converting to a Wikipedia:Broad-concept article: "A broad-concept article is an article that addresses a concept that may be difficult to write about because it is abstract, or because it covers the sometimes-amorphous relationship between a wide range of related concepts. ... A disambiguation page should not be created just because it is difficult to write an article on a topic that is broad, vague, abstract, or highly conceptual."
For the moment, there have only been a few protests that are generally classed as global by reliable sources; and this years' Arab world+Latin America+HK+parts-of-Europe protest wave is probably the first year in which sustained protest/civil-disobedience waves have been classed as global by academics and journalists. Moreover, some Wikipedians disagree with the academics and journalists as not having sufficiently proved their claims. This is why I suggest that the broad-concept article should be left to the possible future. Boud (talk) 17:25, 12 December 2019 (UTC)
