I think I wrote a more general version of this page.

Is this page supposed to be a general purpose article about using network coordinate systems for latency prediction or is it just a page about the GNP paper and its implementation (like Phoenix network coordinates, Vivaldi coordinates, and Pharos network coordinates)?
