- Changes to the format of the Smithsonian volcano archives have severely hamstrung the website. http://www.volcano.si.edu/search_eruption_results.cfm# is difficult if not impossible to navigate using a Linux operating system. No satisfactory explanation for this decision has been offered to date, nor has any reassurance that the problem is being attended.
This addition was removed from the article. The fact remains true. Why was the truth hidden?

- It seems your addition was editorial commentary and WP:original research. Additions to Wikipedia articles must be based on WP:reliable sources and not personal opinion and commentary. Vsmith (talk) 00:10, 16 February 2015 (UTC)
- So how does one go about disclosing the fact that the Smithsonian excludes Linux users from some of its data?
- Get a list of contacts that use Linux and can't access the Smithsonian or a letter from the Smithsonian to say they are looking at the problem?
- Or what?
