originally only i wrote two lines and so it said speedy deletion.. Now i've added much more content and it should now be of general interest.

The text is dumped but these were my original words on the GBN website - is this a problem? For those interested in benchmarking the GBN should be of interest as it promotes benchmarking worldwide and is not a profit-making organisation - just a network of centres that represent benchmaking in their countries
