[edit]Someone much more knowledgable than I should update this article to include Glenpool's rich (ha ha) history. I don't know much about the town, but I'm going to jump in a write some stuff hoping that someone will come along and improve/correct/update/whatever. --Tim Morgan 20:25, 10 November 2005 (UTC)
Someone changed the initial "Glenpool" to "Glenn Pool." Though this was its name, seems that the offical name of the town is now "Glenpool." Not very scientific, but my evidence is Google search for '"Glenn Pool" Oklahoma' (638 results) versus 'Glenpool Oklahoma' (357,000 results). To change the name here to be "Glenn Pool," I'd like to see some discussion on the reasoning. Thanks Tim Morgan 21:59, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
- I did some general cleanup on the article. Reworded some sections and removed opinion-based statements. Also added Citation Needed tags were applicable. DrkBlueXG (talk) 21:45, 22 March 2016 (UTC)
Once named Cesspool?
[edit]Cesspool, Oklahoma redirects here, but there is no mention in this article. Was Glennpool once named Cesspool? Stonemason89 (talk) 02:15, 9 May 2010 (UTC)
