Welcome to the "talk" page, which I just discovered existed. This is my first (writing) contribution to Wikipedia, so it will take me a while to figure out the process.

A note from someone or some automatic system complained of no references or links. Those can be added. The national award mentioned is sitting on my office credenza and I see the year was 1988. None of us volunteers flew to DC to accept it so Max Baucus accepted on our behalf and brought it back for us. The award website only lists winners back to 2003 so I don't know if citing that is relevant.
