Filmography and television lists
[edit]I'm aware that normally this would be under one table instead of two, but I'm of the opinion that the two separate tables for film and television appearances are justifiable and should be taken in the context of the culture of the Philippine entertainment industry. In the Philippines the movie industry, both mainstream and independent, is fighting a losing battle against Hollywood films, so many actors, from small-timers to indie mainstays to the greatest actors of the modern era have to make their living on TV. So basically, the television industry is arguably the dominant industry over the movie industry in the Philippines and is held in just as much, if not higher regard. I think that, along with the fact that she has made a reputation as a television actress, should entail the use of two tables. Inviktos (talk) 12:01, 12 December 2009 (UTC)
On her "official website"
[edit]I have deleted the link to her "official website". To my knowledge, a profile on a database does not count as an "official website". Glaiza de Castro does not have an official website, and to my knowledge, has never had one. Inviktos (talk) 12:58, 12 December 2009 (UTC)
On several projects during her time on ABS-CBN
[edit]I have deleted the information on her appearance on the drama anthology Maalaala Mo Kaya. Apart from the article there is no other proof that she ever appeared on the show. I have also deleted information on her supposed appearance on the afternoon drama Sarah: The Teen Princess starring singer Sarah Geronimo. There is no proof whatsoever that she ever had a part on the show. Actually as far as I know very little is known of Ms. de Castro's time on ABS-CBN so if anyone can find information with reliable sources on these two projects, please don't hesitate to restore the information. On the deal with Regal Films
[edit]I have deleted the information that Lily Monteverde signed de Castro to a contract with Regal Films as it comes from a rather questionable source. Inviktos (talk) 12:58, 12 December 2009 (UTC)
