"Lancelotti" vs "Lancellotti"

I'm somewhat suspicious that "Lancellotti" may be more standard than "Lancelotti"; both are definitely common, but not only does the two-L version have more results on google scholar (obviously not definitive), it's also the British Museum's spelling of choice.— Moriwen (talk) 16:56, 5 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
