While I don't have any problem with this, the first reviewer raised a pretty good question on her talk page, and got no answer... why does GAN state at the top of its page that any registered user can review an article, if that's actually a lie? Khazar (talk) 07:24, 7 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

There is a merge request at the top of this article that I feel is appropriate. Since there have been no objection, these articles will soon be merged together, making the GA nom moot.
