Was there a Sir Gilbert Debenham III?

I noticed that the Gilbert Debenham in this article died in 1500, but I found a court case from 1561 also involving a Sir Gilbert Debenham of Suffolk. The case name is Sir Gilbert Debenham and Another v. Bateman. See page 430 of The English Reports. Debenham v. Bateman v4; v. 73. (1907)). The case number is 2 Dyer 195(b). James Dyer was the Chief Justice of the Common Pleas court during this time. Dyer was not even born until 1510, so it is doubtful the Sir Gilbert Debenham in that court case was the same as the Sir Gilbert Debenham in this article. It would also seem unusual if an unrelated Gilbert Debenham from the same county also became a knight. I searched a few books and articles regarding Gilbert Debenham, but could not find any information about another Sir Gilbert Debenham from the 16th Century. Perhaps I missed something. (This court case is significant because it is the first documented case of a court using the writ of coram nobis, so I was hoping to know more about this Sir Gilbert Debenham.)
