split

[edit]

I'm not sure if a split is needed, the two species do not vary a great deal in any aspect of their biology that I am aware of. Sabine's Sunbird talk 00:03, 27 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

As separate species, they are definitely notable separately, even if there is little biological difference. Frickeg (talk) 02:43, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No one is questioning the notability of the two species. By the way the circumstances do not call for a split, instead two new articles would have to be created but this one would have to remain as the article for the genus Macronectes. Sabine's Sunbird talk 21:14, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I agree, this should be split. They're two different species. ;) --HoopoeBaijiKite 21:15, 15 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I've created the separate articles for the species, like I said, this article should remain as it covers the genus. Sabine's Sunbird talk 23:18, 15 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Of course. My knowledge of the exact protocol of splits, etc, is not fantastic; I was never suggesting this article become a disambiguation page. Frickeg (talk) 02:30, 30 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Canniblism of Albtrosses

[edit]

I threw a {{Dubious}} because none of my literature has this, I also threw in a few {{cn}}, and a general request for more inline citations. I have referenced all that I can. most especially for the quote. speednat (talk) 21:02, 16 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Working on the cleanup listing, and found this supporting evidence: short article from Emu (Australian journal). MeegsC | Talk 17:33, 25 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
