Definitely an interesting read, lots of juicy tidbits. No real issues with the bio, but I have a minor thing with the musicology. The influence on the early Baroque is mentioned, and somewhat generically pre-figured in the analysis. Some specific names of people who adopted some technique his work shows. For example "The late music is tonal, anticipating the changes in musical language of the early Baroque" could include mention of specific early-Baroque composer(s) exhibiting this change in a more pronounced way. It seems to me that this character has enough meat that, given some more work, it could eventually be considered for FAC. Magic♪piano 16:47, 29 January 2009 (UTC)
