Changed to former subdivision

[edit]

I have changed this page to a former subdivision page, because a lot of its content deals with the territory that has now gone into the Gupis-Yasin District.

I would request knowledgeable editors to move its content to Gupis-Yasin District and Ghizer District (2019–), as appropriate, so that we can reduce this page to just a shell for the old district. All interesting content should be moved to one of these new pages. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 17:23, 26 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

District split: Actions needed

[edit]

The Ghizer District was split into two districts in 2019: Gupis-Yasin District and Ghizer District (2019-).

  1. The material in this page needs to be moved to those two pages as needed. (It is clear that the Gupis and Yasin Tehsils are in Gupis-Yasin. It is not entirely clear where Ishkoman is. If you have information backed by a reliable source please add it to the appropriate page above.)
  2. There are many links to the unqualified Ghizer District, which is now a disambiguation page. They are on pages listed here. Please correct all the links that you are able to. They would need to be replaced with links to one of the two pages listed above.
